
Summer Wellness on the Hudson
Enjoy the scenic views, warm sun, and crisp Hudson River breeze while treating yourself to the best of Cornwall wellness.
Join local fitness and wellness professionals every Saturday morning this summer for outdoor classes on the lawn at Donahue Memorial Park. Each week features a different Cornwall‑based instructor or practitioner offering a unique movement or mindfulness experience.
Please bring your own mat for practicing on the grass — a thicker Pilates or yoga mat is recommended. No registration is required; simply arrive and participate. Classes are donation‑based, with a suggested contribution of $10. Pay what you can when you come.
In the event of rain, thunder, or lightning, class will be cancelled for safety. Parking is available by permit or through the mobile payment app at the lot. Restrooms are located onsite.

with Summit Training
Fitness can be more than physique and personal bests. Fitness can focus on learning to move pain free and having the mobility and strength to do what you love to do best. This class will focus on foundational movements and how to incorporate them into your daily life so movement becomes more effortless, regardless of age or ability level. Open to all ages and backgrounds.

"Class in the Grass: Pilates Mat to Create Spinal Mobility & Strength"
with RB Pilates
This class blends Classical & Contemporary Pilates Mat work with thoughtful variations to strengthen your core and improve spinal mobility. You’ll ease stiffness, build deep internal support, and enhance your range of motion for better balance and more confident movement in daily life. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modifications will be offered to support individual needs and conditions.

with RB Pilates
A gentle, targeted class designed to build deep core support while easing pelvic floor tension. Through breath‑led activation, hip mobility, and mindful release work, you’ll improve stability, alignment, and whole‑body balance. Leave feeling grounded, connected, and supported from the inside out. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modifications will be offered to support individual needs and conditions.
