Class Descriptions
At RB Pilates we have a variety of classes so you can target specific goals. Every student has their own Apparatus station, so no equipment is shared & each station is disinfected after every class to provide a healthy and clean environment. All class packs can be used for any class.

Pilates Apparatus
Pilates Apparatus Classes utilize the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector and other props to give you a well-rounded workout experience. Appropriate for all fitness levels & modifications are provided as needed.

Pilates Tower/Alexander Technique
Coordinating the mindful awareness of the Alexander Technique with targeted support from the Pilates Tower offers a restorative framework for lasting physical change. Unlearn the habitual patterns causing chronic, repetitive strain to learn a conscious 'use of self' through repeatable, Pilates-based choreography. This process refines your postural alignment, decompresses the spine, leading to a more natural movement quality— stronger, more resilient, with a sense of ease and freedom from tension.

Pilates Foundations
This class utilizes the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector and other props with more focus on the foundations & fundamentals of Pilates. Great for Beginners or those who need a slower gentler workout or modifications.

Pilates Mat
The Mat was the first series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Challenge your understanding of the method and the control of your body without the assistence of the machines. Open to all fitness levels & modifications are provided if necessary. Classes may also include bands, balls, magic circles, spine correctors and other props.

Cardio Pilates
Cardio Pilates features the Pilates Jumpboard on the Reformer. Designed for low impact jumping that builds bone density, cardiovascular heart health, postural alignment & core strength. Great for those that want a challenge.

Pilates Postural Progressions
Pilates broken down for functional movement patterns & postural alignment that ignite fully coordinated engagement of the muscle group. Excellent for those looking to educate themselves on "how" the body moves in a healthy way. Wonderful for rehabilitation of injuries and chronic conditions.
