Service Description
This workshop will go over physiological changes that occur in older populations, Pilates and general exercises, how to properly cue and spot the client, and areas of training that target their specific needs. Manuals are included free of charge. 4 COURSE HOURS 4 hours of Classroom Lecture Certificate of Attendance is awarded once the above hours are completed. There is no testing required.
Cancellation Policy
Teacher Training Cancellation Policy: If the student cancels 30 days prior to course start date: full refund except $100 processing fee. Once the course/program begins there are no refunds.
