Service Description

The Pilates Spine Corrector Certification provides a thorough introduction to the Spine Corrector exercises with all levels classical and contemporary and the appropriate modifications and variations. Equipment set up, safety and maintenance are covered as well as how to incorporate the exercises into a client's session. This training is appropriate for learning the Spine Corrector, Baby Barrel & Pilates Arc exercises. Manuals are included free of charge. 40 COURSE HOURS 10 hours of Classroom Lecture 10 hours of Observing Classes 10 hours of Teaching with a Mentor 10 hours of Practice Teaching Certification is awarded once the above hours are completed, and the written & practical exams are passed. Pilates Mat Certification is required to be applicable for the Spine Corrector Certification.
