Service Description

The Pilates Reformer Teacher Trainer Certification includes all levels of the Reformer exercises as well as use of props, session sequencing and teaching cues for group classes. Modifications designed for group and individual instruction are covered as well as techniques for teaching clients at different levels of ability for advancing clients or providing appropriate modifications and variations. With this training, all Reformer exercises are covered so that all original Pilates Mat repertoire movements are learned as well as the contemporary versions. Manuals are included free of charge. 101 COURSE HOURS - 36 hours of Classroom Lecture - 10 hours of Observing Classes - 15 hours of Taking Classes - 20 hours of Teaching with a Mentor - 20 hours of Practice Teaching Certification is awarded once the above hours are completed, and the written & practical exams are passed. Pilates Mat Certification is required to be applicable for the Reformer Certification.
