Service Description

The Pilates Chair Certification includes exercises and variations for both private training sessions and classes from the classical and contemporary repertoires. Covers multiple exercises on this very adaptable Pilates piece of equipment. Learn on both traditional and contemporary equipment. Manuals are included free of charge. 81 COURSE HOURS 16 hours of Classroom Lecture 10 hours of Observing Classes 15 hours of Taking Classes 20 hours of Teaching with a Mentor 20 hours of Practice Teaching Certification is awarded once the above hours are completed, and the written & practical exams are passed. Pilates Mat Certification is required to be applicable for the Chair Certification.
