The Pilates Chair Certification includes exercises and variations for both private training sessions and classes from the classical and contemporary repertoires. Covers multiple exercises on this very adaptable Pilates piece of equipment. Learn on both traditional and contemporary equipment. YOU WILL RECEIVE - A free printed manual - Access to the studio for practice - Free classes at the studio & online - Observing & mentoring teachers - Online resources, guides & videos 81 TOTAL COURSE HOURS - 16 hours of Classroom Lecture - 10 hours of Observing Classes - 15 hours of Taking Classes - 20 hours of Teaching with a Mentor - 20 hours of Practice Teaching Certification is awarded once the above hours are completed, and the written & practical exams are passed. Pilates Mat Certification is required to be applicable for the Chair Certification.
Cancellation Policy
Teacher Training Cancellation Policy: If the student cancels 30 days prior to course start date: full refund except $100 processing fee. Once the course/program begins there are no refunds.
