Service Description

The Pilates Cadillac/Tower Teacher Trainer Certification provides a thorough introduction to Cadillac/Tower exercises with all levels classical and contemporary and the appropriate modifications and variations. Equipment set up, safety and maintenance is covered as well as how to incorporate the exercises into a client's session. This training is appropriate for learning Trapeze Table, Tower or Wall Unit exercises. Manuals are included free of charge. 105 COURSE HOURS - 25 hours of Classroom Lecture - 15 hours of Observing Classes - 15 hours of Taking Classes - 25 hours of Teaching with a Mentor - 25 hours of Practice Teaching Certification is awarded once the above hours are completed, and the written & practical exams are passed.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Visit the website & login to your account to cancel or reschedule, or please contact Raleigh at raleigh@raleighbpilates.com or call/text 845-237-4711 at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation under 24 hours will forfeit the cost of the session. Teacher Training Cancellation Policy: If the student cancels 30 days prior to course start date: full refund except $100 processing fee. Once the course/program begins there are no refunds.
