Service Description

The Pilates Cadillac/Tower Certification provides a thorough introduction to Cadillac/Tower exercises with all levels classical and contemporary and the appropriate modifications and variations. Equipment set up, safety and maintenance is covered as well as how to incorporate the exercises into a client's session. This training is appropriate for learning Trapeze Table, Tower or Wall Unit exercises. Manuals are included free of charge. 91 COURSE HOURS 26 hours of Classroom Lecture 10 hours of Observing Classes 15 hours of Taking Classes 20 hours of Teaching with a Mentor 20 hours of Practice Teaching Certification is awarded once the above hours are completed, and the written & practical exams are passed. Pilates Mat Certification is required to be applicable for the Cadillac Certification.
