Objectives
  • Strengthen the back extensors and abdominals to build a steady, integrated center.

  • Use the Spine Corrector to support ideal alignment and prepare the body for the full Teaser.

  • Refine coordination and balance while keeping the scapula stable.

  • Develop precise control of the legs as they extend and balance on the sacrum.

  • Build strength and endurance in the hip adductors.

  • Increase hip flexor and abdominal power for a more lifted, organized Teaser.

  • Deepen awareness of core connections to support efficient movement.

  • Engage the abdominals and back extensors together to maintain balance throughout the exercise.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
