Objectives
  • Strengthen the abdominals and spinal extensors while the legs are supported by the Spine Corrector.

  • Deepen abdominal engagement as the support of the barrel reduces overuse of the hip flexors.

  • Build pelvic‐lumbar stability while balancing on the sacrum.

  • Maintain steady scapular stabilization as the obliques and serratus anterior work to keep the ribs anchored and drawing downward.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
