Objectives
  • Engage the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors to create a steady, centered torso as the body rocks on the Spine Corrector, allowing balance to come from deep, organized support rather than momentum.

  • Enhance overall control by refining mind–body awareness, encouraging the movement to feel intentional, quiet, and precise.

  • Activate the leg adductors to stabilize the pelvis and guide the legs with control as they extend, reinforcing symmetry and alignment.

  • Build strength in the spinal and hip extensors to support a more powerful, integrated extension pattern throughout the exercise.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
