Objectives
Engage the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors to create a steady, centered torso as the body rocks on the Spine Corrector, allowing balance to come from deep, organized support rather than momentum.
Enhance overall control by refining mind–body awareness, encouraging the movement to feel intentional, quiet, and precise.
Activate the leg adductors to stabilize the pelvis and guide the legs with control as they extend, reinforcing symmetry and alignment.
Build strength in the spinal and hip extensors to support a more powerful, integrated extension pattern throughout the exercise.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
