Objectives
Engage the co‐contraction of the abdominals and bac extensors to create a steady ,centered base of support, allowing the body to stay balanced on the Spine Corrector as it rocks.
Increase overall control by refining the connection between intention and movement, strengthening mind–body awareness with each repetition.
Enhance hip‐flexor openness while deepening abdominal control and reinforcing the co‐contraction of the back extensors, creating a long, supported front body as the movement unfolds.
Increase mobility of the shoulder rotators to achieve comfortable, efficient hand placement, allowing the arms to guide the lift of the feet and generate smooth, forward momentum with control and precision.
Build strength in the spinal and hip extensors to support a more powerful, organized extension pattern while maintaining stability throughout the exercise.
