Objectives
Expand mobility through the thoracic spine with smooth, supported extension.
  • Lengthen the shoulder extensors while softening tension in the shoulder flexors and chest.

  • Invite openness across the front body as the arc’s pressure encourages release through the spinal extensors.

  • Keep a steady abdominal connection as the spine pours over the barrel and the bod lengthens in all directions.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
