  • Engage the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors to create steady torso stability as the legs move.

  • Improve flexibility and refined control of the lower‐back musculature.

  • Cultivate consistent scapular stabilization for upper‐body organization.

  • Enhance overall torso stability by integrating the hip rotators into the movement pattern.

  • Use the hand placement on the Spine Corrector to support clients who need reduced shoulder demand.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
