Objectives
  • Improve the functioning of the iliopsoas by allowing it to return to its natural length, restoring ease and efficiency in hip flexion.

  • Develop a clearer sense of neutral spine and experience the opening of the chest that comes from balanced alignment.

  • Use the breath to focus the mind on the body, creating presence and internal organization.

  • Strengthen the mind–body connection while remaining stationary, cultivating awareness without relying on movement for feedback.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
