Objectives
  • Engage the spinal rotators while maintaining deep abdominal stabilization, allowing the torso to stay organized as the movement challenges rotational control.

  • Increase flexibility and refined control of the lower‐back muscles, encouraging smoother, more articulate motion through the lumbar spine.

  • Expand hamstring flexibility to support balanced hip mechanics and greater ease in the movement pattern.

  • Use the abdominals to maintain a clear connection of the low back to the barrel as the legs move away from the body, reinforcing deep core support.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
