Objectives
  • Deepen mind–body awareness by cultivating stillness and precision while balancing on the arc of the Spine Corrector, allowing the entire body to organize around a single point of control.

  • Use the serratus anterior and diaphragm to support a full, steady breath pattern as the transverse abdominis engage to create a stable, cinched‐in torso.

  • Sustain the Teaser position atop the arc with a sense of lift and suspension, integrating balance, strength, and control.

  • Coordinate each inhale and exhale with the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors so the breath reinforces stability, helping the body remain centered and buoyant throughout the exercise.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
