Objectives
Deepen mind–body awareness by cultivating stillness and precision while balancing on the arc of the Spine Corrector, allowing the entire body to organize around a single point of control.
Use the serratus anterior and diaphragm to support a full, steady breath pattern as the transverse abdominis engage to create a stable, cinched‐in torso.
Sustain the Teaser position atop the arc with a sense of lift and suspension, integrating balance, strength, and control.
Coordinate each inhale and exhale with the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors so the breath reinforces stability, helping the body remain centered and buoyant throughout the exercise.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
