Objectives
  • Increase ease and articulation through the thoracic spine.

  • Lengthen the shoulder extensors while softening tightness in the shoulder flexor and chest.

  • Encourage spaciousness across the front body as the arc’s gentle pressure supports release through the spinal extensors.

  • Sustain a steady abdominal connection as the spine extends over the barrel and the body reaches into a long, open line.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
