Press the arms down to the carriage.

Spinal stabilizers provide lumbo-pelvic stabilization.
Hip flexors hold the legs in the air.
Scapular adductors keep the scapulae retracted and stabilized.
Scapular depressors keep the shoulders down away from the ears.
