Rotates the thigh in the leg into external rotation, turning the legs out.

Anterior spinal stabilizers to maintain lumbo-pelvic stabilization.
Hip adductors when straightening the legs.
Plantar flexors if on the toes are on the bar to keep the heels lifted.
Dorsiflexors if the heels are on the bar to keep the ankles flexed.
Objectives
Enhance the deep internal connections, while ensuring pelvic stability and developing strength and mobility in the legs.
Enhance the strength and flexibility of the knee and hip flexors.
