Objectives
  • Strengthen the pectoral muscles and shoulder adductors to create balanced controlled pressure into the circle.

  • Use the Magic Circle to increase torso stability by engaging the deep abdominals and upper‐body support system.

  • Improve mid‐back connection even with the arms positioned lower, encouraging the thoracic extensors to stay active and integrated.

  • Enhance shoulder‐girdle stability by organizing the scapulae and maintaining consistent upper‐body alignment throughout the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
