Objectives
Strengthen the pectoral muscles and shoulder adductors to create balanced controlled pressure into the circle.
Use the Magic Circle to increase torso stability by engaging the deep abdominals and upper‐body support system.
Improve mid‐back connection even with the arms positioned lower, encouraging the thoracic extensors to stay active and integrated.
Enhance shoulder‐girdle stability by organizing the scapulae and maintaining consistent upper‐body alignment throughout the movement.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
