Objectives
  • Strengthen the pectoral muscles, scapular upward rotators, and shoulder horizontal adductors to create powerful, well‐organized upper‐body support and overhead reach.

  • Use the scapular depressors to stabilize the shoulders maintaining a clear, anchored shoulder girdle.

  • Develop strong abdominal connections to keep the rib cage aligned and steady while the arms move overhead.

  • Use the Magic Circle to enhance torso stability, integrating the trunk and upper body into one cohesive system.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
