Objectives
Use the scapular depressors to anchor and stabilize the shoulders while the shoulder horizontal adductors and pectorals generate the movement, creating balanced upper‐body effort.
Strengthen the pectoral muscles and shoulder horizontal adductors to produce steady, controlled pressure into the Magic Circle.
Use the Magic Circle to enhance torso stability by engaging the deep abdominal and maintaining organized alignment through the trunk.
Increase scapular stabilization as the shoulders move into flexion with the hands about shoulder height, reinforcing upper‐body support even in a more demanding position.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
