Objectives
  • Develop hip‐adductor strength and control to support a clear, organized inner‐leg line.

  • Use the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors to stabilize the torso, creating a steady anchor for the legs to work from.

  • Build awareness of overall body alignment, using the supine position to teach a neutral well‐supported setup without gravitational compensations.

  • Improve low‐abdominal strength and control through precise adductor engagement, reinforcing deep core activation and pelvic stability.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
