Objectives
Increase pelvic stability by engaging the hip adductors to keep the legs aligned and the pelvis steady.
Enhance stabilization of the knee by using the hip adductors to support the inner line of the leg while the shin bones remain stable.
Build hip‐adductor strength and control to support precise, organized movement at the hip joints.
Use the co‐contraction of the abdominals and spinal extensors to stabilize the torso and maintain clear alignment throughout the exercise.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
