Objectives
  • Increase pelvic stability by engaging the hip adductors to keep the legs aligned and the pelvis steady.

  • Enhance stabilization of the knee by using the hip adductors to support the inner line of the leg while the shin bones remain stable.

  • Build hip‐adductor strength and control to support precise, organized movement at the hip joints.

  • Use the co‐contraction of the abdominals and spinal extensors to stabilize the torso and maintain clear alignment throughout the exercise.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
