Objectives
  • Increase pelvic stability by engaging the hip adductors to keep the legs aligned and the pelvis steady.

  • Build hip‐adductor strength and control to support clean, organized movement at the hip joints.

  • Develop the ability to move the hips freely while the rest of the body remains stable, reinforcing precise lower‐body mechanics.

  • Use the co‐contraction of the abdominals and spinal extensors to stabilize the torso and maintain clear alignment throughout the exercise.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
