Objectives
Increase pelvic stability by engaging the hip adductors to keep the legs aligned and the pelvis steady.
Build hip‐adductor strength and control to support clean, organized movement at the hip joints.
Develop the ability to move the hips freely while the rest of the body remains stable, reinforcing precise lower‐body mechanics.
Use the co‐contraction of the abdominals and spinal extensors to stabilize the torso and maintain clear alignment throughout the exercise.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
