Objectives
  • Develop torso and pelvic stabilization while lying on the side, keeping the body steady as the moving leg challenge balance and alignment.

  • Use the co‐contraction of the abdominal and back muscles to maintain equilibrium as the leg moves, creating a stable central axis.

  • Increase strength and control of the leg and hip muscles to support precise, well‐organized movement.

  • Connect with the deep internal support system to keep the body stable in the side‐lying position without collapsing or shifting.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
