Objectives
  • Stretch the psoas, quadriceps, and other hip flexors and knee extensors to lengthen the entire front line of the hip and thigh.

  • Use the co‐contraction of the abdominal and back extensor muscles to maintain proper torso organization as the stretch occurs.

  • Engage the deep abdominals to stabilize the torso, keeping the pelvis steady and preventing compensatory movement throughout the range.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
