Objectives
Strengthen the posterior muscles of the neck through steady isometric contractions building support and endurance without compressing the cervical spine.
Use the abdominal and back muscles to maintain clear alignment of the spine and torso, giving the neck a stable foundation to work from.
Develop neck stability by integrating deep cervical support with organized upper‐body placement.
Increase scapular stabilization while using the arms to create balanced resistance, supporting the development of neck strength in a coordinated, well‐aligned way.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
