Objectives
Build hip‐abductor strength and control to support lateral stability and balanced leg mechanics.
Increase hip strength and control to maintain clean, parallel alignment of the legs as they move.
Develop abdominal control while the legs are separated, keeping the pelvis steady and preventing rotation or shifting.
Enhance torso stability through deep abdominal activation as the legs extend, creating a strong, organized center for the lower body to work from.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
