Objectives
  • Build hip‐abductor strength and control to support lateral stability and balanced leg mechanics.

  • Increase hip strength and control to maintain clean, parallel alignment of the legs as they move.

  • Develop abdominal control while the legs are separated, keeping the pelvis steady and preventing rotation or shifting.

  • Enhance torso stability through deep abdominal activation as the legs extend, creating a strong, organized center for the lower body to work from.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
