Objectives
Increase inner‐thigh flexibility while in the supine position, allowing the leg to open without disturbing overall alignment.
Use the co‐contraction of the abdominal and back extensor muscles to maintain proper torso organization as the stretch occurs.
Engage the deep abdominals to stabilize the torso, keeping the pelvis steady and preventing compensatory movement throughout the range.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
