  • Engaged to help maintain an upright posture and assist in pulling the head back.



Objectives
  • Strengthen the muscles of the neck through steady isometric contractions, building support without strain.

  • Use the abdominal and back muscles to maintain clear alignment of the spine and torso, creating a stable foundation for the head and neck.

  • Develop neck stability by integrating deep cervical support with organized upper‐body placement.

  • Increase scapular stabilization while using the arms to generate controlled resistance, helping the neck strengthen in a balanced, well‐supported way.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
