  • Increases abdominal strength and control as the legs move from the hips in a reciprocal brisk action.

  • Enhances pelvic–lumbar stabilization as the hip flexors and extensors guide the legs through their range.

  • Builds abdominal strength while promoting mobility and flexibility through the hips.

  • Improves scapular stabilization through intentional placement of the arms and upper body.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
