Objectives
  • Strengthens the back extensors, hamstrings, and glutes to support powerful, controlled spinal extension.

  • Deepens abdominal engagement to stabilize the pelvis and maintain lumbo‐pelvic control during extension.

  • Maintains scapular depression while lifting into extension to ensure upper‐body stability and proper shoulder alignment.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
