  • Strengthens the lateral flexors and deep abdominals through controlled side‐flexion of the torso.

  • Deepens the oblique abdominal connection to support refined, organized movement.

  • Increases flexibility of the oblique abdominals to enhance lateral mobility.

  • Stabilizes the abdominals and pelvis while engaging the obliques on an incline, promoting balanced support.

  • Maintains consistent scapular stabilization throughout lateral flexion to ensure proper upper‐body alignment.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
