Objectives
  • Strengthens the lateral flexors and deep abdominals through controlled side‐flexion of the torso.

  • Stretches the oblique abdominals to improve mobility and length through the side body.

  • Creates abdominal and pelvic stabilization while engaging the obliques for support.

  • Maintains consistent scapular stabilization throughout lateral flexion to ensure proper upper‐body alignment.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
