Objectives
  • Stabilizes the trunk, scapulae, shoulders, and arms to maintain upper‐body alignment and support.

  • Mobilizes the hips through controlled flexion and extension while the torso remains steady.

  • Challenges the endurance of the stabilizing muscles in the trunk, scapulae, shoulders, and arms to sustain control throughout the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
