Objectives
  • Strengthens the abdominals to create a controlled C‐curve through the torso while articulating the spine.

  • Mobilizes the spine through controlled articulation, encouraging segment-by-segment movement that builds precision, fluidity, and integrated core support.

  • Develops co‐contraction of the back extensors and abdominals to provide stabilization during upper‐body flexion.

  • Maintains scapular stability throughout spinal articulation to support upper‐body alignment.

  • Emphasizes abdominal control and pelvic stability as the body curves and rolls back.

  • Builds endurance in the core, back, and shoulder muscles by sustaining the rounded‐back position, promoting strength and stamina through prolonged engagement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
