Objectives
  • Increases flexibility in the hip flexors and quadriceps through a controlled, deep stretch.

  • Engages the core to maintain balance and alignment throughout the stretch, enhancing overall stability.

  • Ensures proper alignment of the spine, shoulders, and hips to support posture and reduce injury risk.

  • Strengthens and activates the supporting leg and glutes to improve overall stability and lower‐body strength.

  • Actively engages the muscles around the bent knee and supporting leg to reinforce the stretch and build leg strength.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
