Objectives
  • Builds posterior chain strength by engaging the muscles along the back of the body—including the glutes, hamstrings, and spinal extensors—to support powerful, integrated movement.

  • Engages the abdominals and pelvic floor to stabilize the lumbo‐pelvic region.

  • Activates the obliques to support torso stabilization.

  • Strengthens the glutes and hamstrings as the legs lift and lower with control.

  • Maintains shoulder and scapular stability through engagement of the lats and triceps.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
