Objectives
  • Strengthens the abdominals to enhance overall torso stabilization.

  • Uses deep abdominal engagement to allow smooth circumduction of the femurs within a stable pelvis.

  • Maintains upper‐body resistance and support through consistent scapular stabilization.

  • Positions the hands to provide additional support and help the body maintain proper alignment throughout the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
