Objectives
  • Builds strong lumbo-pelvic stability while promoting smooth, controlled mobility of the spine through its full range of motion.

  • Strengthens the abdominals and adductors while coordinating arm movements.

  • Maintains scapular stability as the arms reach upward alongside the ears.

  • Uses the adductors and the co‐contraction of the abdominals and back extensors to stabilize the pelvis during lateral flexion.

  • Engages the oblique abdominals and quadratus lumborum to create controlled lateral flexion of the torso.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
