Objectives
  • Strengthens the abdominals and adductors while coordinating arm movements.

  • Develops abdominal strength and co‐contraction of the back extensors to support and stabilize the spine.

  • Maintains scapular stability throughout the shoulder rotation to ensure controlled upper‐body movement.

  • Keeps the pelvis steady and the head aligned with the body, initiating movement from the adductors rather than relying on the arms to lift the torso.

  • Targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes to improve lower‐body stability, control, and endurance.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
