Objectives
Strengthens the abdominals and adductors while coordinating arm movements.
Develops abdominal strength and co‐contraction of the back extensors to support and stabilize the spine.
Maintains scapular stability throughout the shoulder rotation to ensure controlled upper‐body movement.
Keeps the pelvis steady and the head aligned with the body, initiating movement from the adductors rather than relying on the arms to lift the torso.
Targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes to improve lower‐body stability, control, and endurance.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
