Objectives
  • Strengthens and mobilizes the entire spine through controlled rotational movement.

  • Stabilizes the upper trunk, scapulae, shoulders, and arms to maintain upper‐body support and alignment during rotation.

  • Challenges the endurance of the stabilizing muscles in the trunk, scapulae, shoulders, and arms to sustain control throughout the movement.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
