Objectives
  • Releases the muscles involved in hip flexion to reduce tension and restore ease of movement.

  • Increases flexibility in the hip flexors, quadriceps, and hamstrings through a deep, controlled stretch.

  • Promotes greater hip‐joint range of motion by encouraging gentle, effective stretching with a bent knee.

  • Engages the core to maintain balance and proper alignment, enhancing overall stability and control.

  • Fosters postural awareness by aligning the spine, shoulders, and hips to reduce injury risk.

  • Enhances proprioception and body awareness through mindful movement and precise positioning.

  • Activates the muscles around the bent knee to support the stretch and improve leg strength.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
