Objectives
  • Trains coordinated stabilization of the spine in articulation, along with the scapulae, shoulders, and arms.

  • Mobilizes the spine through controlled articulation.

  • Challenges balance while standing on the hands, reinforcing whole‐body integration.

  • Teaches coordination between spinal articulation and leg placement to maintain balance and alignment.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
