  • Increases flexibility of the hamstrings, back extensors, and hip rotators.

  • Stretches the muscles that extend the leg and contribute to hip and spinal rotation.

  • Enhances stabilization in a standing position by engaging the spinal flexors and rotators.

  • Maintains optimal alignment with both legs parallel and the scapula stabilized throughout rotation.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
