Objectives
  • Increases flexibility of the gluteal muscles to reduce tension and improve mobility.

  • Stretches the muscles responsible for rotating the legs to enhance hip mobility and ease of movement.

  • Stabilizes the abdominals and pelvis while the glutes lengthen, supporting proper alignment and controlled stretching.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
