Objectives
Provides a deep stretch for the abdominals and back extensors, creating length through the front and back of the torso.
Opens the shoulder extensors and releases tension in the chest muscles to improve upper‐body mobility.
Stretches and releases the iliopsoas to enhance hip extension and reduce anterior pelvic tension.
Lengthens the muscles of the lower back and the ligaments supporting the spine, promoting decompression and ease through the lumbar region.
Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
