Objectives
  • Stretches and releases tension in the muscles surrounding the lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint.

  • Lengthens the posterior spinal muscles to reduce tightness and improve mobility.

  • Elongates the muscles that extend the spine, encouraging greater ease through the back body.

  • Allows for expanded rib‐cage breathing while relaxing the shoulder extensors to support a more open, spacious upper body.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
