Objectives
  • Strengthens the abdominals and back extensors to stabilize the torso while the hip flexors are engaged.

  • Develops co‐contraction of the back extensors and abdominals to create stability during upper‐body extension.

  • Maintains scapular stabilization as the torso hinges from the hips.

  • Emphasizes abdominal control and pelvic stability as the body hinges without support from the back.

  • Focus on breathing to synchronize the movement.
